About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate OASIS collection
- Maintain current medication profiles
- Ensure timely lab reporting
- Consult with physicians
- Participate in weekly and monthly case meetings
Requirements
- Licensed RN
- Preferred minimum one year of clinical experience
- Current nursing knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with auto insurance
