About the Role

This position involves providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting. The Occupational Therapist assesses patient needs, develops and implements treatment plans to improve daily living skills and motor functions, and educates patients and families.

Requirements

• Graduate and licensed Occupational Therapist in the practice state
• Prior experience, especially in Medicare home health, is preferred
