About the Role

Provide skilled speech-language pathology services to patients in their home settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, motor speech, dysphagia, cognitive communication, voice disorders, and augmentative communication needs.
• Work with individuals post-stroke or with progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s and dementia.
• Deliver therapy under physician care in various home environments.

Requirements

• Valid state SLP license.
• Dependable transportation and ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to wear seat belts and maintain vehicle in good condition.
