About the role
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting, helping them improve daily living skills and motor functions.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic interventions under physician orders and supervision
- Educate family members and healthcare team members on patient care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state
- Minimum one-year experience preferred; Medicare home health experience advantageous
- Strong clinical skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
