Role Overview

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a structured outpatient setting focused on long-term recovery from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). This role emphasizes building ongoing patient relationships, providing meaningful care, and contributing to patients' stability and progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with patients
• Utilize clinical judgment within a focused, consistent workflow
• Participate in a team-based, slower-paced clinical environment
• Ensure accurate documentation and attention to detail

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license
• At least 1 year of patient-facing experience
• Comfort with clinical settings and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, documentation systems)
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care
