Role Overview
This position involves providing patient care under supervision to support individuals with Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications as ordered
- Maintaining accurate medication inventories
- Collecting fees
- Ensuring proper medical waste disposal
- Monitoring patient demeanor
- Conducting lab tests
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Assisting with data collection
- Managing confidential medical records
- Participating in audits and compliance activities
- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Monitoring patient activities on-site
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum one year of direct patient contact experience
- Knowledge of opiate addiction
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
