Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Train and mentor therapy staff
• Evaluate and improve treatment outcomes

Requirements

• MBA or related field degree
• At least 10 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing a therapy department
• Knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and techniques
