Full-time Days LPN

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing homecare for an adult patient requiring G‑tube care; lifting is required. Position is located in Phoenix, with shifts Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

$28 - $32 per hour
