LPN - Full time Days

We are currently looking for an LPN with a passion for human services. Responsibilities

• Provide quality health care services to all clients, including managing somatic conditions and medical needs.
• Communicate with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocols and courses of care.
• Create a favorable group climate for effective treatment of each enrolled client.
• Support the Residential Services Division by performing clinical tasks to ensure quality, cost‑effective medical services for behavioral health clients.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Washington State, in good standing.
• Minimum 1‑year experience working in a care setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications (preferred)

• Experience with electronic charting.
• Experience working with mental health and chemical dependency clients.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Knowledge of local resources and services for homeless or low‑income individuals, and for those experiencing chronic behavioral health challenges or histories of involvement in the legal system.

Pay

New hires for this position typically start between $27.45 and $34.31 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

Schedule

Four 10‑hour shifts (4 × 10’s) from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with variable days that include every other weekend.
