Full-Time Day Shift Caregiver / CNA – Local Fayette Openings

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide care for local seniors in the Fayette community under the Alabama Medicaid Waiver program. Ideal candidates will work consistent day shifts and live close to their clients.

About the Role

Work with clients right here in Fayette. Stable daytime hours with guaranteed full-time weekly schedules. No certification required for caregivers; training provided for those without a CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients as needed
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor client health and report any concerns to supervisors
• Follow established care plans and medication management protocols

Requirements

• Valid Alabama CNA license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move clients as needed
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to handle sensitive situations
