About the role
RNS Private Duty Care is dedicated to caregivers, offering competitive wages, supportive leadership, and comprehensive care oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide care as per client and RNS case manager agreements
- Assist with ADLs, monitor dementia clients, take vitals, assist with transfers, prevent falls, bathe, manage home tasks, document, remind about medications, and manage pain
- Transport clients safely and run errands as needed
- Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable
- Adhere to RNS policies including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code
- Maintain current CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Maintain current TB test within 90 days of hire
- Work all assigned shifts and ensure coverage if unavailable
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Licensed driver with a clean record and compliance with RNS safety policy
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities
- Daily access to RNS email
- Fluent in English
- Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role
