Full-time Day Server

Immanuel Communities is seeking a full‑time Day Server for Yankee Hill Village (8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516). Yankee Hill Village includes 47 independent living, 59 assisted living and 16 memory‑support apartment homes.

Schedule

Day shift: 6:30 am – 2:00 pm. Some weekdays and weekends are required.

Pay

Up to $18.31 per hour (straight pay, no tips). Pay is based on experience, certifications, skills and education.

Responsibilities

• Lead daytime dining‑room service operations independently.
• Prepare tables for meals, refill containers, and clear dishes.
• Handle food safely and attend to residents’ needs.
• Take phone orders.
• Ensure other servers complete tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• At least one (1) year of dining‑room serving experience beyond fast‑food service.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
