About the role
The Program Instructor will work with individuals who have a developmental disability to offer a range of services and supports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized service plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct support to individuals in various settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive environment
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with program requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Special Education, Psychology)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals who have a developmental disability
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and related support needs
- Passion for making a positive impact in the community
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in using assistive technology

Schedule
Full-time day shift, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
