Full Time Dairy/Frozen Manager

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (up to 50 lbs)
• Auxiliary with receiving products
• Manage weekly employee schedules
• Train staff
• Order seasonal and daily items
• Control shrink
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth department operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• 2-3 years experience in dairy/frozen departments preferred
• Knowledge of stocking, case display, and load cutting
• Motivated to grow professionally and learn new skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull, operate equipment, and work in cold/wet environments
