Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships
- Fill and rotate cases and displays (up to 50 lbs)
- Auxiliary with receiving products
- Manage weekly employee schedules
- Train staff
- Order seasonal and daily items
- Control shrink
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth department operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- 2-3 years experience in dairy/frozen departments preferred
- Knowledge of stocking, case display, and load cutting
- Motivated to grow professionally and learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull, operate equipment, and work in cold/wet environments
