About the Role
The CVICU Nurse Manager oversees daily operations of a 19-bed cardiovascular ICU, leading a team of 65 clinicians and collaborating with physicians to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.

Requirements
- BSN or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
- National certification in specialty within one year of hire
- Minimum of five years recent nursing experience
- At least two years in clinical leadership
- BLS certification required
