Full-Time Customer Service Representative

About the role

Scentsy is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our independent sales Consultants and customers. This position is located at our beautiful office in Meridian with a consistent schedule of 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answer 35-45 phone calls per shift
• Respond simultaneously to multiple chat messages; around 40-50 per shift
• Reply to email inquiries
• Provide great customer service to independent sales Consultants and customers

Requirements

• Work with technology and be comfortable using multiple software platforms at one time
• Solve problems and know when to ask for help
• Be positive and upbeat both over the phone and through written communication
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
