Full-Time Critical Care Nursing Faculty Position

About the role

Bethel University School of Nursing has an opening beginning Fall 2026 for a full-time tenure-track faculty member. This position will be responsible for teaching upper level medical-surgical/critical care nursing in the classroom and clinical settings. MSN required, doctorate preferred. Demonstrated excellence in clinical and classroom teaching is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Teach upper level medical-surgical/critical care nursing in the classroom and clinical settings
• Develop and implement curriculum
• Evaluate student performance
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees
• Contribute to research and scholarship

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Doctorate preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical and classroom teaching
