Examples of Duties
- Engage in classroom teaching related to nursing concepts in medical surgical and pediatric nursing.
- Supervise students in various clinical settings.
- Perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, stooping, walking, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Manipulate instruments and equipment.
- Monitor and assess health needs of clients through auditory senses.
- Observe and assess client care needs through visual senses.
Requirements
- Expertise in medical surgical nursing.
- Preferred additional experience in pediatric nursing.
