Full-Time Community Banker

Location: On site at location listed in job posting Summary Provides comprehensive banking services to high-net-worth individuals, managing accounts of varying complexity. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develops new client relationships through targeted outreach, assesses client needs, recommends solutions, and closes deals with a high success rate.Cross-sells retail and trust services including credit cards, personal trusts, and investment and estate planning.Acts as a financial advisor, educating clients on strategies such as financial planning, investments, insurance, and market trends, aligning products with client needs.Monitors customer accounts, financial plans, and market trends to identify new opportunities and enhance client value.Builds and maintains a portfolio of high-value and high-potential clients.Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of experience or equivalent education and experience. Must be capable of performing all essential duties satisfactorily.
