Full-Time Clinical Nurse Practice Specialist - Critical Care

The RN Clinical Nurse Practice Specialist supports adult critical care by applying advanced clinical expertise, assessment skills, and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Qualified candidates hold a Master's Degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred), an active RN license in Illinois, and at least 5+ years of clinical experience. Additional requirements include specialty certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead change.
