Responsibilities

• Promote healing environments through patient and family education on post-treatment care and medication management.
• Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans with clear goals, coordinating communication across care teams.
• Assess patient needs holistically, considering emotional, spiritual, cultural, and individual preferences.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, valid RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in operating room settings is advantageous.
