Full-Time Clinical Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Promoting standards of care and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Fostering a harmonious work environment through effective communication and team building.
• Maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Overseeing staff development, orientation, and performance reviews.
• Managing quality care via the Quality Assessment and Improvement Process (QAPI).
• Assuming leadership roles in program planning, facility management, and policy development.
• Monitoring budgets and operational expenses.
• Performing other duties like data collection and policy creation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with a minimum of 1-year recent dialysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• ACLS certification and 1-3 years management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner skills.
• Ability to pass Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and fill in as needed.
