Full-Time Administrative Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• 30% patient care accountability, ensuring quality and safety, and supporting continuous improvement
• 30% operations and staffing management, including budgeting, recruitment, training, and fostering a diverse, competent workforce
• 15% leadership activities, promoting staff development, participation in decision-making, and interdepartmental collaboration
• 15% professional growth, encouraging certification, education, and community involvement
• 10% supporting research, evidence-based practices, and organizational goals

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN licensure, BLS certification, with at least 3 years of clinical and leadership experience

Pay

Day shifts, 40 hours weekly, within a high-reliability, patient-focused environment
