Full-Time Administrative Nurse Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, quality patient care through clinical oversight, data-driven quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Manage operations and personnel, including budget development, staffing, recruitment, performance evaluation, and fostering a culturally competent, safe work environment.
• Provide leadership by promoting staff development, participating in organizational committees, policy formation, and strategic planning.
• Support professional growth by facilitating education, certification, and staff involvement in policy and community activities.
• Maintain an evidence-based practice environment, monitor clinical and administrative metrics, and facilitate research dissemination.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience and previous leadership roles.
• Strong process improvement, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications relevant to healthcare operations.
