Full-Time Clinical Nurse Manager

Role: Clinical Nurse Manager Responsibilities Lead and oversee a team of RNs and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care.Manage daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.Support evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
