About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead our dialysis team.
Responsibilities
- Promote quality patient care in line with organizational standards and regulations
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team building
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Manage staff development through orientation, training, and performance evaluations
- Analyze unit operations via Quality Assessment and Improvement Processes (QAPI)
- Implement enhancements to patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee program planning and facility management in absence of leadership
- Handle budget monitoring, policy development, and data collection
Qualifications
- RN licensure
- Current ACLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent dialysis experience
- 1–3 years of management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Strong communication skills, bedside manner, and flexibility
