Responsibilities
- Coordinate and evaluate nursing care
- Assist with admissions and discharges
- Support staff training
- Mentor new nurses
- Manage patient care assignments
- Participate in unit-based councils to improve patient safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Diploma in Nursing
- Certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment
