About the role
Coordinate and oversee high-quality nursing care for orthopedic, neurologic, and spine patients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical resource for staff, assist with staffing and assignments.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor quality and safety indicators.
- Mentor team members, support orientation and education programs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Guide patient and family education, discharge planning, and care transitions.
