Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and customize care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Support staff through coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.
- Contribute to staff scheduling and resource management.
- Monitor nursing care in accordance with policies and serve as a resource for staff.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
