Full-Time CICU Nurse

Role Overview

As a Coronary ICU Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and monitoring responses. You will collaborate with medical teams, document care accurately, respond promptly to patient needs, and educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and respond to adverse reactions.
• Provide compassionate, proactive care and respond swiftly to patient requests.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of treatment plans and medications.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with preferred cardiac or critical care experience.
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications.
• Educational requirements include a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, compassionate communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.
