Full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing individualized treatment plans to residents
• Conduct assessments to evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment goals
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve residents’ daily living skills and quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate resident records

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• At least one year of recent full-time professional experience as a COTA
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
