Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. The role promotes safety, dignity, and independence, and involves engaging residents in conversations and activities to foster a positive environment. Support with dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming atmosphere are also key duties. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.
