Full-Time Cardiac CRNA Lovelace

About the role

Main Street Anesthesia is expanding its team at Lovelace Heart Hospital of New Mexico with a cardiac-focused CRNA position. Ideal candidates will have experience working independently in EP, vascular, and occasional CT OR and general OR settings.

Responsibilities

• Work in EP, vascular, and occasional CT OR and general OR settings
• Cover approximately 300 TAVRs, 50 MitraClips, EVARs, and TCARs
• Work in busy EP rooms running from 7a-7p (same as hospital EP nurse schedule)
• Participate in a multitude of open re-vascularization procedures

Requirements

• Contractors' insurance must be in compliance with the NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF)

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiac anesthesia
• Ability to work independently in various OR settings
• Knowledge of TAVR, MitraClip, EVAR, and TCAR procedures

Benefits

• 4-Day Work Week
• No Call, Weekends, or Holidays
• $350K salary (potential to earn more by picking up in the Heart Hospital or General OR - earn $400K!)
• $8K annual bonus potential (paid quarterly)
• $60K sign-on/ relocation bonus for a 3-year commitment
• 10 weeks off per year
