Full-Time CRNA Lovelace
About the role
Join our practice in Albuquerque, NM, where CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team. You'll join a collegial team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients the best possible anesthetic care. CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines.
Responsibilities
- Practice to the full scope of your license independently
- Perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.
- Mentor for blocks and lines
- Weekday call is approximately 3-4 times/month (1st, 2nd, or 3rd call)
- Weekend call is approximately every 4th to 5th weekend (will reduce in frequency as staffing increases)
- Holiday call is approximately once/year
- Case variety includes general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI, urology, spine, neuro, optional OB
- No trauma, cardiac or thoracic cases
Requirements
- Contractors' insurance must be in compliance with the NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF)
Compensation
- $390-$400K (production-based)
- 1099 Practice
- $8K Annual Bonus Potential (paid quarterly)
- $60K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus with a three-year commitment
- $10K Retention Bonus after 5 years
- 7 Weeks Off per Year
