Full Time Call Center Representative - work hybrid

About the role

TRANZACT is hiring full-time inside sales positions within 50 miles of Tampa, FL., Fort Myers, FL., Charlotte, NC., Richardson, TX., North Canton, OH., remote within the state of West Virginia, or virtual/remote for some licensed insurance agent candidates. This role works in a call center setting and reports to the Performance Manager.

New to the insurance industry? Not a problem! Some of our best sales agents come from hospitality, teaching, marketing, and other fields. If you do not have a Health Insurance license, we will help you obtain your Insurance License through our comprehensive pre-licensing course.

Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify prospective customers, explaining features and merits of policies offered, and recommend amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect’s circumstances.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain policies, demonstrate the value of the brand(s) represented, and follow up as necessary to sell appropriate plans or policies.
• Calculate and/or quote premium rates for recommended policies.
• Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and follow compliance/quality assurance requirements.
• Utilize client and/or company-provided computer systems to perform accurate and timely data entry and submit applications.
• Follow scripts and designated sales processes to complete sales in a compliant and effective manner.
• Actively participate in training and coaching on an ongoing basis to improve performance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Pay

• Guaranteed $18 per hour plus uncapped monthly sales bonuses.
• Guaranteed earnings floor of $20/hour for your first 90 days (or through October 1st, whichever comes first), paid as a top-up between what you earned and that guarantee.
• Typical first-year Sales Agents earn $62,000 - $75,000 per year including uncapped monthly bonuses.
