Role Overview

This position involves transforming complex data into executive-level insights, developing dashboards, and supporting strategic decision-making within the Commercial HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

• Create analysis and presentations for senior leadership
• Develop data products
• Lead analytical projects for large business units
• Partner with finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and improve financial processes
• Utilize analytics tools, AI, and coding languages like Python, R, and SQL
• Mentor and collaborate cross-functionally

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in analytics, finance, or strategy
• Proficiency in Tableau, Dataiku, Excel, and presentation development
• Strong analytical, interpretative, and communication skills
• Knowledge of operational finance systems such as Oracle or Data Cloud
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across functions
