Full Time Building Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and semi-skilled repairs across multiple properties in Madison, Beaver Dam, and Columbus. Responsibilities include handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks, conducting safety inspections, maintaining property appearance, and responding to emergency calls. The role involves collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors, operating grounds maintenance equipment, and purchasing supplies within budget. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 2+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, ability to read blueprints, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
