Full Time Branch Manager I, Base Branch

About the Role

Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office servicing a deposit base up to $20,000,000 with average monthly transactions under 4,000. Oversees all branch operations, including hiring, training, promoting bank products and services, and meeting company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Retail Sales Process to build deep relationships with new customers and deepen existing customer relationships through cross-selling.
• Ensure the branch operates with excellence to maximize efficiency and customer experience.
• Grow branch revenue by offering products/services and collecting appropriate fees.
• Lead by example, fostering a commitment to the company’s culture and core values.
• Align branch sales and service behaviors with profitability objectives.
• Track and manage operational and service performance metrics; develop and execute action plans to close gaps between goals and results.
• Perform all essential branch functions with expertise, ensuring compliance with company practices, policies, and procedures.
• Strictly adhere to all security procedures.
• Engage in community and business development activities to promote the company’s goodwill and profitability.
• Assist in the selection, development, training, and retention of branch staff.
• Identify and share strategies to mitigate service weaknesses and leverage strengths to differentiate the bank in the market.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate retail sales updates, operational concerns, and other key information.
• Originate, input, and collect documents for consumer loan applications.
• Quote rates for consumer loans and close loans upon underwriter approval.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
