Responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate the rental center's performance and operations
- Build and develop a success-driven team
- Achieve financial and performance goals
- Manage operational and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Business Management degree with experience in rental industry or 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of P&L and financial controls
- Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing
- Construction or industrial market knowledge preferred
- High accountability, time management, and eagerness to learn
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting over 50 pounds, working indoors/outdoors as needed
