Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Denver Metro, CO (Hybrid/Flexible) ABA

About the role

We’re hiring a full-time BCBA to join Upwards ABA as a long-term clinical team member. We currently have a strong pipeline of client demand and meaningful opportunity for the right BCBA to build an ongoing caseload.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care for assigned clients across your designated service area
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
• Review progress and adjust programming as needed
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage assigned cases with consistency and professionalism

Benefits

• Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience, availability, and overall fit
• Up to $5,000 structured sign-on/retention bonus for the right full-time candidate
