About the role
We’re hiring a full-time BCBA to join Upwards ABA as a long-term clinical team member. We currently have a strong pipeline of client demand and meaningful opportunity for the right BCBA to build an ongoing caseload.
Responsibilities
- Oversee care for assigned clients across your designated service area
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
- Review progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage assigned cases with consistency and professionalism

Benefits
- Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience, availability, and overall fit
