Full Time Blue Mojito - Barback/ Food Runner

About the role

Blue Mojito Bar at the Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking motivated, energetic Barback/Food Runner to support our dynamic bar and kitchen teams. This is a fast-paced, tipped position ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in an upbeat, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock bars with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies
• Run food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
• Deliver In-Room Dining orders and guest amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
• Assist bartenders and servers as needed to ensure seamless service
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and service staff
• Safely lift and transport supplies, including kegs
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Prior barback or food runner experience preferred
• Good verbal communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Walking, bending, pushing, pulling and carrying large amounts of weight including kegs that will weigh around 160 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• 5 days a week and flexible shifts: 10am-4pm or 4pm-11pm
