About the Role

Our expert culinary team is looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a desire to serve others. If you are detail-oriented and customer service-focused, we would love to hear from you!

As a Bistro Associate, you will deliver an excellent guest experience by preparing food, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Operate the POS system to take orders, process payments, and manage transactions accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
