About the Role
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Behavioral Health Adult Unit, focusing on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and complete comprehensive assessments.
- Analyze patient data to develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Document care and implement physician orders accurately.
- Monitor patient safety and supervise LPNs and techs.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform physical care tasks, including lifting, walking, and patient monitoring.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN license (state or compact).
- BLS certification.
No prior experience is required.
