About the Role

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Behavioral Health Adult Unit, focusing on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and complete comprehensive assessments.
  • Analyze patient data to develop and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
  • Document care and implement physician orders accurately.
  • Monitor patient safety and supervise LPNs and techs.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform physical care tasks, including lifting, walking, and patient monitoring.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid RN license (state or compact).
  • BLS certification.

No prior experience is required.
