About the role

Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate nursing/medical needs of patients
- Initiate and direct implementation of the nursing care plan
- Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior and condition
- Administer medications and treatment as ordered by the physician
- Assist with physical examinations
- Respond to emergency situations
- Direct delivery of and evaluate psychiatric/nursing care of patients delivered by professional and nonprofessional staff
- Serve as an interdisciplinary treatment team member
Requirements
- Current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting

- Pay range of #13 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule
- Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for hours worked from 3:00 pm -7:00 am
- Additional $3.60 per hour retention supplement for hours worked from 3:00 - 7:00 am
- Hourly retention supplements available for education and certifications
- Longevity supplement after 5 years of service
- Service supplement 2% at 12-24 months; 4% at 25-48 months; and 5% at 49 plus months
Pay
$74,901 - $104,770
