Full-Time Barista Lead

Responsibilities

• Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
• Perform all Ginna’s restaurant functions, including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge, and other duties as assigned
• Mentorship and professional development training are a focus throughout your entire career
• Work assigned schedule typically Monday through Friday between 7am-5pm, with one shift per week being 12pm-9pm. Schedules may include varied hours, weekends, and holidays based on store needs

• Physical Demand: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills

• Add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Place orders for Ginna's Cafe vendors to maintain proper stock of food and dry goods
• Prepare many different types of food, drinks and ingredients
