Full-Time Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items with consistency and care.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back (yes, even before their first sip).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep the vibe upbeat—because coffee tastes better with good energy.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (think morning coffee rush levels of busy).
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to multitask without breaking a sweat—or spilling the latte.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay

$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Shift Hours: 6AM - 11PM
