Full Time Banquet Bartender/Server

About the Role

This position combines the responsibilities of a Banquet Bartender and a Banquet Server. As a Banquet Bartender, you will provide libations and offer customized drink recommendations, staying current with mixology trends, bar equipment, and sanitation standards while maintaining an attractive bar setup. As a Banquet Server, you will ensure food and drink service at hotel banquet functions, including setting up function spaces, arranging linens and table settings, designing food stations, and providing beverage service. Additional duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

This role encourages creativity, casual conversation, and the opportunity to refine your personal style while building on your banquet bartending and serving experience. Preferred candidates will have an understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to carry large banquet trays and moderate amounts of weight.
