Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities in daily living activities
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Monitor and report on the health and safety of residents
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
