About the role
The role involves developing and maintaining software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and design solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the team.
- Perform unit and integration testing to identify and fix bugs before deployment.
- Work closely with QA to ensure that all features are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new tools and technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
