Responsibilities

  • Aid the Chief Workshop Manager in assigning daily tasks to associates and overseeing their work.
  • Support hiring and promotion decisions, offering feedback and making recommendations.
  • Lead and motivate the team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards.
  • Identify and report any policy violations to the Chief Workshop Manager or District Manager.
  • Implement corrective actions for team members who violate policies.
  • Drive sales as the Floor Leader, coaching Bear Builders and fostering a Guest experience.
  • Create and maintain merchandising displays that align with brand standards.
  • Exercise common sense and independent judgment to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting counts.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional Guest experience.

Requirements

  • Two years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
  • A high school diploma with a basic understanding of store technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two to four years of store management experience in a customer-centric business, preferably in specialty retail.
  • An associate’s or higher degree in business, management, or a related field.
